This airstone seems to produce the most air bubbles compared to the other standard ones I’ve used in the past. I switched all my sponge filters over to these. Using the same air pump (whisper 100) these produce a higher and stronger amount of bubbles than standard round airstones. Most likely this is due to the design of the shape( more surface area).
