Pilot, FriXion Light Pastel Erasable Highlighters, Chisel Tip, Pack of 5, Pastel Blue, Pink, Yellow, Green & Purple

I have been a fan of Pilot Frixion pens and markers for many years and just learned about these highlighters so I was excited to try them.When I use them in my Bibles, the text tends to smear when erasing. Moreso if you erase immediately after highlighting so I recommend waiting until the ink is completely dry before erasing.The highlighter colors look different depending on the paper used. On standard notebook paper (I used a Rhodia notebook) the colors (especially purple and green) look better than on Bible paper.For my Bible I cannot see using the purple or green highlighters. They don’t stand out enough for me (especially purple). The green highlighter arrived with dry ink so that was a bummer. I had to press down and go slow in the examples in the images. The ink does not bleed through Bible pages. I tested on six different Bibles.I haven’t tested this with the highlighters, but with Frixion pens, do not leave paper/books with this ink in a hot car. The ink will disappear when the interior of your car exceeds 140 degrees Fahrenheit. I haven’t tested this, but I was told you can recover the erased ink by putting the paper in your freezer.All in all I like three of the highlighter colors. Hopefully Pilot will improve the pigment of the purple and green.
